• We have orifices on hand and we can also manufacture orifices on-site.

• Capstan Ag's NJect LF system for liquid fertilizer essentially gives you the exact orifice you need for the rate you want to run. It's the best way to do VRA UAN.

NH3 Products and Services

• Our systems come completely assembled and ready to mount on the bar. Installation is also available.

• Systems available up through 25 knife and 4 sections. More sections possible upon request.

• Systems for high speed applications.

• Our systems come with unions for easy removal of the flow meter and servo.

• If you have an existing system, we will use what we can to lower your cost.

• We will mix Raven®, Hiniker®, and Continental systems to give you what you need for a given application.

• Capstan Ag's NJect systems NH3 is offers excellent distribution, quality section shut-off, and simplicity.

• AgLeader®, Trimble®, and John Deere® systems are compatible with most Hiniker® components.

• We use and recommend Equa-Flo and Impellicone manifolds for better distribution, but there are other factors. We will discuss with you the additional steps you can take to achieve greater accuracy at a reasonable cost.

• We use Flo-Max breakaways for higher flow rates, reduced pressure drop, and reduced vapor creation.

• We stock Nichols and Hi-Pro NH3 knives.

• We stock everything to repair our systems to keep you running.
